TGC operates as part of a broader business collective alongside Adapted and Fusion (each, a “Collective Company,” and together, the “Collective”). However, the Collective Companies share common ownership interests and collaborate operationally, including the use of shared systems, tools, and internal resources. As a result, personal information collected through the Services may be shared among Collective Companies for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to: responding to inquiries and communications, managing client and prospect relationships, marketing, advertising, and business development, analytics, reporting, and performance measurement, operational efficiency and internal administration.
