Dixxon came to The Grounded Company with a strong identity and an opportunity to scale what was already working. We partnered across email growth, apparel design, wholesale program, website enhancements, the DILF program, and experiential initiatives — including their flagship store and Sturgis location — helping evolve the brand while staying true to what made it resonate in the first place.

We rebuilt Dixxon’s Flagship store in Arizona; focusing on store design, product assortment, maximizing on-hand inventory, and improving the customer experience. Within one year, Dixxon’s single Flagship store represented 5% of total revenue.

Two years later, we designed and supported the launch of their second store in Sturgis, South Dakota — and sold over $1mm in the first ten days.

In Case You Missed it

Dixxon typically sells out of every product they launch. Because of their drop culture, when they don’t quickly sell out of an item those remnant pieces can be difficult to sell through. We identified a gap here and launched an #ICYMI email flow. Not only did these emails generate $100k+ per send, within a year Dixxon had sold out of 10 years of remnant items.
